Click on Storage Management
Click on Storage Management ( This is the 3rd item on the left-hand side menu)
Click on Products
Click on Products (This is the 4th option on the left-hand side menu)
Search for Product
You can search for a product by name or SKU
Click on Product
Click on the product, a menu will pop up which will allow you to make the change.
Click on Show Advance & Select Yes
Click on the menu labeled Show Advance. From the drop-down menu, select Yes. This will cause an extended menu to display.
Click on Tax Strategy Override
Click on the menu labeled Tax Strategy Override.
Select #1 - Sales Tax
From the drop-down menu, select the option that says #1-Sales Tax
Save Changes
Scroll to the bottom and Save Changes.
Send POS Transmission
Finalize the change by sending a POS Transmission request.
How To Send a POS Transmission
When you make a change on Petro Outlet, it automatically goes to your Super Sonic POS. But, if you have other POS machines, such as a Verifone or Gilbarco, you need to do a POS Transmission. This sends your changes to the rest of your POS machines. You must do
