What To Do If Your Screen is Frozen

If your screen freezes up or is malfunctioning, simply reboot the POS system. There is a power button on the back of the screen on the bottom right.

  1. Press and hold this buttom and click 'power off'.
  2. Unplug the power chord itself on your battery backup. Unplug the one labeled 'POS'
  3. Wait 30 seconds
  4. Plug the power chord back in
  5. Turn the POS back on

This should resolve your problem. If you are still having issues, call the support number.
