What To Do If Your POS Transmission is Failed/Pending

If a gas station is trying to transmit, and it’s just loading or even failing. There is most likely a connection issue. Check the internet on the computer, the POS, and the Verifone/Gilbarco.

Then call support. If you don’t, you won’t be able to transmit even after you fix the connection issue. We need to do some things on our end before it will work again.

For context, there will be as many checkmarks as POS systems you have. So, if you have 2 Verifone Rubies and 2 Supersonics. There will be 4 checkmarks. If you hover over the checkmark that is failed or pending, you can see which transmission failed. Tell your agent which transmisson failed and they will be able to assist you.
