What To Do if Your Network Is Offline

There are several different reasons that your network could be offline. If that message appears on your POS, here are some steps you can take to fix the problem.

  1. Reboot your White TP Link Router
  2. Reboot the POS itself
  3. Reboot the Modem
  4. If you have a cellular backup, unplug the chord on the far right and wait a few minutes.

If none of these fix the problem, or if you do #4, call support.
