There are several different reasons that your network could be offline. If that message appears on your POS, here are some steps you can take to fix the problem.
- Reboot your White TP Link Router
- Reboot the POS itself
- Reboot the Modem
- If you have a cellular backup, unplug the chord on the far right and wait a few minutes.
If none of these fix the problem, or if you do #4, call support.
