The tip prompt allows the customer to leave a tip, through the back office there some settings to change what the prompts say.
Under Store Management, selected the Registers sections to see a list of all registers under the store.
Select the “Configure” button on the right-hand side of the for the register you want to changes the settings.
On this page is the config for the selected register, scroll down the section titled “Tip Config”
Here there are 4 options, Is Tip % Prompt Enabled, Max Tip Amount, Tip Suggested % #1, Tip Suggested % #2.
With the Tip Prompt % enabled, input the desired max tip amount and the two suggested percentages.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Save Changes.
