"Failed to Charge Card - MID is not present, processing is disbaled" fix

This is a super easy fix. However, this must be done on computer.

First, look at the base of the POS system. There's a tag that says Unit ID and Device ID. Take note of the Unit ID.

Then go to petrooutlet.com and log in to your store account.

Go to 'Store Management', then click Registers.

Now take the Unit ID that you took note of and click configure on that register.

Scroll all the way down until you see 'Save Changes' and click it.

You're all set! Your PIN Pad can accept transactions again.
